They made an appointment the same day that I called, arrived on time, and did a thorough inspection of the unit and the building. Immediately they identified a problem that I would never have suspected! Since it required me to repair a wall where I had recently installed an AC unit, they declined to trap any rodents until that was done, since they determined that they were coming in from outside the house, and thus closing the hole was crucial. No charge, a thorough explanation, and a solution that I could use. As soon as the work is finished I will hire them to ensure that the problem is solved permanently. Great experience all around.

I was so impressed with this company! They came and tested my house before and after getting an affordable air conditioning unit to see the difference in energy efficiency. I was so glad they did that! It was good to know where there were leaks or no insulation at all in some parts, and they took care of me throughout the entire process. Joe, Tom and his crew did an AMAZING job. They did a complete removal of the old insulation, old air ducts and clean up of rodent feces. Replaced insulation with new, sealed all entry areas into the attic and the surroundings of the house. My family and I were pleased with the professionalism, knowledge and the time-frame it took to complete the work. It was completed in one day. Best price after obtaining three quotes. Tom came by the house to measure and review the problem. I had a rat find its way to the attic and did some damage to the ductwork and insulation in a nice home in the Hills I rent out to a young family. Turns out the ducting has asbestos insulation so the whole job went from rat extermination to redo the attic. 911 helped me choose the insulation, find an asbestos abatement company and would handle the ductwork as well. They arrived on time, promptly got me a proposal, great price after comparing 5 companies, and knowledgeable about the rebates from DWP amd Gas company. They gave me a lot of confidence in their ability from their thorough inspection amd constant follow up. Highly recommend their service.

I had no less than 4 companies come out to do a quote for us and he was the only one to take pictures and show us how bad our insulation really was. He explained to us all of our options and what the process would be, and was THE BEST price by far that we found. He and his team made the entire process very quick and painless and I'm pretty sure they left the house cleaner than they found it! He showed us pictures of the attic after the work was done and I was amazed at how much they went above and beyond. They did a great job at cleaning up our attic, hanging and insulating the ducts, and removing the pathways for rats into our attic. They came and all the work was done in one day with no damage. Also, I got 4 quotes and they had the best price!

After my home inspection I wanted to replace the insulation in the attic to help regulate the temperature. I called and Oz came out within 1-2 days where he explained the situation in my attic. He was trustworthy, straight forward and and gave me a quote inline with other companies. His crew came in and knocked it out in about half a day, they laid down plastic, they were respectful, clean and efficient. When they were done they cleaned everything up and you couldn't tell anyone was there. Within hours I received all of the information I needed to get the LADWP Rebate started. Easy recommendation. Side note: Pre-insulation I had a 7-8 degree swing between upstairs and downstairs. After insulation it's been 1 degree but it's a cool climate day, time will tell.

Joe and two other two guys are awesome . They did blow in insulation for my two appartments in Anaheim. spent 24 bags for 2100 ft Wich is a lot and it was at least r38 or even more . My ac is relaxing right now because it's not hot inside at all They sealed all gaps. Did it nicely clean and neat! Very professional!! For magic price !!! Bit all other companies Highly recommend this company and happy to deal with them again PS don't try to diy it will cost you more

We are so happy with the job these guys did for us! After getting quotes from three different places, they were the lowest and also the easiest to work with. We had a huge mess left in our attic from the previous owners including a ton of wood from a previous roofing job but these guys got it looking like a brand new attic with all new insulation. We are really happy with the job they did! I also love that they provided us with before and after pictures. I would 100% recommend them.

After having a bad smell coming-from my attic I looked online and found attic 911 services I called an scheduled an appointment. An inspector came the next day and inspected my attic and told me that it was dead rats in the attic and that they have also made a mess of my insulation so we scheduled an appointment in two days time. Attic 911 services came with their crew and removed all the old insulation, cleaned ,sanitized and did the rodent proofing with air sealing. After a long day of work, they did a beautiful and clean job with the new insulation and they made sure that everything was clean all around the out side of the house. They also gave me free sanitizing and rodent proofing in my crawl space after Nicholas stayed and explain the hole warranty process was a great experience and easy with attic 911 services. They vacuumed out my old blown-in insulation and put in new insulation. A large team came by and did their job pretty fast. The supervisor was on site for the entire duration and that helped the communication. I had a couple of other contractors (for different jobs) that came by and they said that the insulation installation was a good job and that the price was fair.
